How to Farm Glyphs. You can begin farming Glyphs in World Tier 3 (Nightmare). These can drop nearly anywhere, although these drop most commonly in endgame content such as Nightmare dungeons and Helltides. You will only get Glyphs that apply to your own class, so you don't have to worry about getting ones you can't use.
